PROJECT & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

  • Provide project administration support to the architectural team and management.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities on project administrative matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents, reports, presentations and project-related documentation.
  • Maintain organized electronic and hard copy filing systems for project records.
  • Provide general administrative support for daily office operations.
  • Undertake other project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in project administrative support. Experience in an architectural, engineering or construction consultancy will be an advantage.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Positive, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
