PROJECT & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

- Provide project administration support to the architectural team and management.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities on project administrative matters.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, reports, presentations and project-related documentation.
- Maintain organized electronic and hard copy filing systems for project records.
- Provide general administrative support for daily office operations.
- Undertake other project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in project administrative support. Experience in an architectural, engineering or construction consultancy will be an advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Positive, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
