About TutorJohn Learning CentreTutorJohn Learning Centre (TJLC) is a growing education brand in Singapore, specialising in small-group tuition for Primary and Secondary students. We are committed to delivering quality education through our proprietary curriculum, dedicated educators, and innovative teaching approach.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing department. This is a leadership position responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all marketing initiatives to drive enrolment, strengthen our brand, and support the company's expansion.
Job SummaryAs the Head of Marketing, you will lead the overall marketing strategy for TutorJohn Learning Centre. You will oversee digital marketing, branding, lead generation, content creation, partnerships, and campaign management while working closely with the Director and Operations Team to achieve business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans.
Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.
Drive student enrolment through strategic campaigns.
Build and strengthen the TutorJohn Learning Centre brand.
Digital Marketing
Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads
TikTok Ads
YouTube
Improve SEO rankings and website performance.
Optimise marketing funnels and conversion rates.
Social Media & Content
Develop monthly content calendars.
Oversee content creation across:
Instagram
Facebook
TikTok
LinkedIn
Xiaohongshu (RedNote)
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce engaging content.
Lead Generation & Admissions Support
Increase enquiries and student enrolments through data-driven campaigns.
Work closely with the admissions team to improve enquiry conversion rates.
Identify new marketing opportunities and partnerships.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent branding across all online and offline platforms.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal enrolment drives.
Build strategic partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organisations.
Team Leadership
Lead and manage the marketing team.
Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers where necessary.
Set team KPIs and monitor campaign performance.
Encourage creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance and advertising ROI.
Prepare monthly marketing reports, including:
Lead generation
Cost per lead
Conversion rates
Website traffic
Social media growth
Campaign effectiveness
Recommend improvements based on data and insights.
Mandatory
Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, with experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Able to work independently while leading a team.
Preferred
Experience in the education, tuition, enrichment, or childcare industry.
Experience managing creative teams or marketing agencies.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
5-Day Work Week
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Occasional weekend work may be required for events or promotional activities (time off in lieu where applicable).
S$3,200 – S$4,500/month (based on experience and qualifications)
Performance Bonus
