Office Manager

SESTO Robotics is looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to oversee our day-to-day office, people, and administrative operations.
This is a hands-on and varied role covering office administration, HR operations, payroll, employee onboarding and offboarding, work passes, employee benefits, IT equipment, coordination, and document management. You will work closely with employees, managers, and external vendors to keep the workplace running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Manage monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support recruitment, including job postings, interview coordination, offer preparation, and new hire administration.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewals, and offboarding.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Administer employee benefits, leave, and group insurance matters.
- Coordinate the setup, issuance, replacement, and return of employee laptops and other Company equipment.
- Manage new hire and departing employee email accounts, system access, and other workplace requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of Company assets and IT equipment.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, vendors, service providers, contracts, subscriptions, and renewals.
- Maintain the Company’s shared drive and work with all departments to ensure information and documents are organised and kept up to date.
- Prepare HR and administrative letters, reports, and Company communications.
- Support employee engagement activities, Company events, and other operational requirements.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to Management and employees.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in office management, HR operations, or administration.
- Experience with payroll and Singapore HR practices is preferred.
- Good knowledge of CPF and work pass administration would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with Infotech and digital tools.
- Proactive, resourceful, hands-on, and willing to take ownership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
