Position: Admin & Accounts Executive (Experienced)

Salary: S$2,500 – S$4,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Admin & Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is responsible, hardworking, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and accounting duties.

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

  • Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment follow-ups.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Assist with monthly financial reports and cash flow tracking.

  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and corporate secretaries.

  • Handle payroll, CPF submissions, and employee records.

  • Manage office administration, filing, and document control.

  • Support operations and management with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

  • Ensure timely GST filing and compliance with IRAS requirements.

  • Assist in annual tax filing and year-end closing activities.

  • Maintain proper accounting records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration and accounting.

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • Experience in GST filing is required.

  • Experience in annual tax filing and liaising with auditors is highly preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

  • Responsible, hardworking, and committed to meeting deadlines.
