1: Support the full recruitment cycle (job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination, as well as employment contract preparation.

2: Assisting with Work Permit, S-Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

3: Tracking employee attendance, leave records, and medical claims, often using local HRMS platforms like Info-Tech or Payboy.

4: Collating timesheets, preparing payroll data, and calculating overtime or deductions.

5: Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and leave/claims databases

6: Coordinate employee training schedules and staff welfare.

1: Minimum GCE 'O' Level, or a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2: 1–3 years HR or administrative experience will be advantage.
