ION Orchard

Working Schedule

• 5-day work week (44 hours per week)
• Wednesday to Sunday
• Fixed Rest Days: Monday & Tuesday

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised and memorable customer experience.
• Recommend fragrances based on customers' preferences, occasions and gifting needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual sales targets while providing excellent service.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new launches.
• Ensure merchandise displays and retail standards are well maintained.
• Assist with stock replenishment and general store operations.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, skincare or luxury retail is preferred.
• Experience representing premium or niche beauty brands will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in luxury retail.
