Senior Sales Executive (Modern Trade)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our Modern Trade business development. You will build and grow our partnerships with major supermarket chains, hypermarkets, and key retail accounts across Singapore. You will drive revenue, secure product listings, and optimize in-store visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and store managers.
- Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities to expand our distribution channels and increase market share.
- Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate competitive product listings, pricing, and promotional space.
- In-Store Execution: Ensure proper planogram compliance, shelf optimization, and smooth execution of product launches.
- Data Analysis: Track sales performance, monitor competitors, and share market insights to refine strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with our Marketing and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales and key account management experience in the FMCG sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Modern Trade channels, trade marketing, and category management.
Skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech Savviness: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Mobility: Class 3 license and own vehicle preferred for traveling between retail locations in Singapore.
