Accounts, Admin & HR Executive
Location: Woodlands Industrial Estate, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,200 per month (commensurate with qualifications, experience, and capabilities)
Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Accounts, Admin & HR Executive to support the Company's accounting, human resource, administrative, and foreign worker management functions. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with Singapore regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
* Maintain full set or partial accounting records.
* Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
* Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
* Perform bank reconciliations.
* Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Support payroll processing and salary administration.
* Assist in GST submission, tax matters, and audit preparation.
* Prepare financial reports and management reports when required.
* Monitor cash flow and payment schedules.
Human Resource Functions
* Maintain employee records and personnel files.
* Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Coordinate employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR documentation.
* Track employee leave records, attendance, and benefits administration.
* Assist in recruitment activities, including job advertisements and interview coordination.
* Support staff performance review and HR-related administration.
Foreign Worker & Work Pass Administration
* Process applications, renewals, cancellations, and transfers of Work Permits, S Passes, and Employment Passes.
* Liaise with MOM and relevant government agencies on employment-related matters.
* Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
* Arrange medical examinations, security bond requirements, and onboarding procedures for foreign employees.
* Maintain proper records of all foreign workers and employment-related documents.
* Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.
General Administration
* Handle correspondence with clients, suppliers, government agencies, and subcontractors.
* Manage office filing systems and document control.
* Coordinate company vehicle matters, insurance, licenses, and renewals.
* Assist management with operational and administrative matters.
* Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
* Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, administration, or HR functions.
* Experience in foreign worker and work pass administration will be an advantage.
* Familiarity with Singapore MOM regulations and employment practices.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
* Experience with accounting software will be an advantage.
* Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Overtime Requirement
Candidates may be required to work overtime when necessary to support operational requirements, project deadlines, payroll processing, government submissions, or urgent administrative matters.
