Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcome guests, provide menu recommendations, and handle inquiries or complaints promptly.
  • Order Taking & Fulfillment: Accurately process dine-in, takeaway, or delivery orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or bar.
  • Cashiering: Process payments via cash, credit card, or digital wallets using POS systems.
  • Maintenance & Hygiene: Keep dining areas, counters, and workstations clean, sanitized, and fully stocked according to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory: Assist with unpacking deliveries, restocking supplies, and rotating stock to prevent spoilage.[1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Key Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Minimum educational requirements are generally flexible, though previous F&B, hospitality, or retail experience is strongly preferred.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to work on your feet, multitask in fast-paced environments, and lift moderate loads.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late hours.
