The HR Executive is primarily responsible for supporting the Company's talent acquisition and employee experience initiatives, ensuring timely recruitment, onboarding and engagement activities across the employee lifecycle. In addition, the role provides support for selected HR operational and administrative functions, including payroll administration, employee records and statutory compliance, to ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR services.

Key Responsibilities

HR Talent Management (Primary Focus)

(a) Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

(b) Source, screen and coordinate suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.

(c) Arrange interviews, facilitate pre-employment assessments and support the end-to-end recruitment process.

(d) Coordinate and administer the onboarding process to ensure a smooth employee experience.

(e) Maintain an up-to-date talent pool and candidate database for future hiring needs.

(f) Support manpower planning by maintaining recruitment reports and assisting in hiring forecasts.

(g) Stay informed of recruitment best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

(h) Support internship and management trainee programmes.

(i) Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including identifying training needs and arranging relevant training programmes.

(j) Maintain training records and assist with government training grant applications where applicable.

(k) Support employee engagement initiatives, HR dialogue sessions, internal communications and employee welfare programmes.

(l) Assist in organising company events and engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

HR Operations

(m) Manage Work Pass applications and renewals for foreign employees.

(n) Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and other employee-related documentation.

(o) Administer employee leave, attendance, claims and personnel records.

(p) Coordinate employee confirmation and performance review processes.

(q) Support the monthly payroll process and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions and government-related filings.

(r) Ensure HR records are accurate, up to date and maintained in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

(s) Support employee offboarding and exit administration.

Others

(t) Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements (About You)

  • Diploma, Degree or Professional Certification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant HR experience will have an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment platforms to source candidates.
  • Experience in recruitment within the Hospitality or F&B industry would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or payroll system would be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Positive, proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
