Job Summary

You will design, develop, enhance, and support SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors custom solutions, driving seamless HR processes and integrations to optimize payroll and data management within SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support custom SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions to meet HR business needs
• Develop and enhance RICEFW objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows to improve system functionality
• Apply strong knowledge of SAP HCM data structures and Infotypes to ensure accurate HR data handling
• Execute payroll-related developments and reporting to support timely and compliant payroll processing
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA with SAP SuccessFactors to enable streamlined HR and payroll operations
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration projects to facilitate smooth transition and data integrity
• Utilize HR data migration tools and methodologies to transfer data accurately and efficiently
• Develop and implement BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Frameworks, IDocs, RFCs, and ALE to customize and extend SAP HCM capabilities

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong SAP HCM technical development skills with the ability to develop HR-related ABAP objects for SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Payroll
