Job Title: Estate Operations Assistant

Salary range: SGD 15 per hour
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and proactive part-time Estate Operations Assistant to support the smooth running of a private household. The role focuses on coordinating household matters, running errands, assisting with procurement, transporting family members when required (occasional travel to Malaysia), and ensuring day-to-day operational needs are attended to efficiently.

This role begins on a part-time basis. Candidates who demonstrate strong capability in the administrative and lifestyle-support duties below — such as record keeping, scheduling coordination, and general procurement tasks — alongside their driving performance will be considered for conversion to a full-time position with expanded administrative responsibilities. This is a genuine growth pathway for the right candidate, to be reviewed after an initial period on the job. Full-time salary range is: SGD2000 ~ SGD 2500, to be determined based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Household Operations (Primary Responsibility)
- Coordinate household maintenance and repairs.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers.
- Purchase groceries, household supplies and other required items.
- Monitor household inventory and replenish supplies.
- Arrange servicing of household equipment and vehicles.
- Assist with simple household organisation and operational tasks.
- Coordinate deliveries and appointments.
Procurement & Errands
- Source quotations for household purchases.
- Purchase household items within approved budgets.
- Collect and deliver documents or parcels.
- Handle banking, postal and other external errands.
Driving Support
- Drive family members to appointments when required.
- Transport household items and purchases.
- Ensure assigned vehicle is clean and properly maintained.
- Arrange servicing, inspections and refuelling.
Record Keeping
- Keep receipts for household expenses.
- Maintain simple expenditure records.
- Prepare basic reimbursement summaries.
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Good organisational skills.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Comfortable handling errands independently.
- Physically fit to perform errands and carry household items when required.
