Sales & Marketing Executive
Salary Range: $6,000 - $10,000 per month
Location: Singapore
About the Role
We are seeking a commercially minded Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Singapore, supporting our marine fuel business across Korea and the wider region.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment, enjoys building customer and supplier relationships, and is motivated to develop business opportunities within dynamic commodity markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage fuel purchase requirements from existing customers and act as the key point of contact for sales transactions.
- Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively identify and engage potential customers.
- Research and analyse market opportunities and develop targeted plans to support business growth.
- Monitor and share market intelligence to support pricing and commercial decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and client visits.
- Maintain an active pipeline of customer targets and prospects.
- Support end-to-end transaction coordination, including pricing, delivery arrangements, and post-sales activities.
- Monitor customer credit exposure and collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage business risks.
- Assist with operational and logistical coordination, including supplier communication, delivery execution, and claims resolution.
- Communicate regularly with Korean-speaking customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to support business activities and relationship management in the Korea market.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and business partners across regional markets to support commercial activities and business development initiatives.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and responsiveness in a competitive market.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, trading, business development, or a related commercial role.
- Experience in marine fuel, bunkering, shipping, commodities, energy, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Understanding of market dynamics and commercial pricing principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Korean (written and spoken) to support business communications and relationship management with Korean-speaking customers, suppliers, and stakeholders in the Korea market.
