Key Responsibilities

  • Drink Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of drinks (cocktails, beers, and wines) to standard recipes or customer preferences.
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons warmly, provide menu recommendations, and create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Safety & Compliance: Check customer identification to verify legal age and monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication.
  • Bar Maintenance: Restock ice, glassware, and liquor supplies while maintaining a clean, sanitary workstation.

Essential Requirements

Age & Licensing: Must meet the legal age to serve alcohol in your jurisdiction and hold required safety certifications (e.g., ServeSafe).

Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and classic cocktail recipes.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (like kegs or cases of bottles).

Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking, strong interpersonal skills, and basic math abilities
