Job Summary

Join Bruno’s Restaurant to help deliver authentic Italian and French-inspired dishes, maintaining high food quality and customer satisfaction across our three Singapore outlets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Italian and French-inspired dishes following established recipes to ensure consistent food quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas to meet hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to manage daily kitchen operations efficiently and support smooth service
• Assist in trying out and refining new dishes to enhance the menu and customer experience
• Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate needs to management to ensure timely replenishment
• Uphold food safety and sanitation practices to provide a safe dining experience for customers
