Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive business growth through strategic planning, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets through regular performance evaluations and motivational coaching
- Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence
- Track and analyze sales metrics, maintain CRM data accuracy, and deliver reliable sales forecasts to senior management
- Build and sustain strong client relationships by resolving complex customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, lead generation, and pricing strategies for cohesive market approach
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record as a top-performing sales representative or manager with 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
