Job Summary

Manage payroll, tax submissions, personnel data, work permit processes, and worker welfare to support smooth HR operations within a construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Submit annual income tax IR8A and tax clearance documents accurately and within deadlines to ensure compliance
  • Maintain and update personnel data files for foreign workers to ensure data accuracy and regulatory adherence
  • Coordinate enrollment of workers in skilled courses to improve workforce capabilities and project quality
  • Process monthly payroll and submit CPF and FWL payments to relevant authorities to ensure timely employee compensation
  • Manage FWMI and WICA insurance renewal processes by liaising with insurance companies to maintain continuous coverage
  • Administer work permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and coordinate worker repatriation to comply with immigration regulations
  • Organize dormitory arrangements for workers and update residence addresses in the OFWAS system to support worker welfare and compliance
  • Prepare purchase orders and invoices and send them to clients to facilitate financial operations
  • Compile and submit site monthly progress reports to track project status and support project management
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management to support operational needs and business continuity

Required competencies and certifications

  • Experience in building construction works
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the building construction industry
  • Any Degree

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Any Degree or Diploma
