Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction teams to achieve project milestones and maintain high work standards
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion
• Enforce compliance with safety protocols and provide training to enhance team safety awareness
• Ensure all electrical installation work adheres to relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Prepare and submit detailed monthly site progress reports to track project status
• Attend site meetings to coordinate activities and resolve issues for smooth project execution
• Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to arrange site inspections and address concerns

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the building construction industry
• Experience in building construction works

Preferred competencies and qualifications
