Job Summary

The Car Delivery Expert is responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional vehicle handover experience for customers. This role includes coordinating vehicle deliveries, explaining vehicle features, completing delivery documentation, and providing excellent customer service throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle delivery appointments with customers.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, fully prepared, and in excellent condition.
• Deliver vehicles to customers at designated locations or conduct handovers at the showroom.
• Explain vehicle features, controls, safety systems, and basic maintenance requirements.
• Assist customers with initial setup, including Bluetooth pairing, navigation, mobile app registration, and other connected features.
• Complete all delivery documentation accurately, including delivery checklists and customer acknowledgements.
• Collect and verify required documents, payments, or signatures where applicable.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any questions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure timely vehicle deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, LTA regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
• Represent the company professionally and provide an exceptional customer experience.
