Job Summary
Create and manage engaging social media content and visuals to enhance brand presence. Plan content calendars, edit videos, and support marketing campaigns to drive digital engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content tailored for the company’s social media platforms to increase audience interaction
- Plan and execute social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting
- Edit short-form videos and promotional materials using video editing software for digital platforms
- Design simple marketing visuals and creative content that align with brand messaging
- Monitor social media engagement and respond appropriately to foster community interaction
- Research and stay updated on social media trends to recommend innovative content ideas
- Support marketing campaigns by contributing creative content and assisting with related tasks as assigned
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Experience in social media content creation and video editing
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
- Creativity with a strong eye for design and storytelling
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
