Business Analyst - Banking

Job Scope and Responsibility

· Gather, document and analyse user requirements.

· Estimate, plan and track all user requests and perform gap analysis.

· Analyse source data and provide inputs on the handling of data anomalies.

· Provide rules for standardization across source systems.

· Work closely with the various Business and IT stakeholders to deliver project.

· Participate in SIT test plan and support UAT.

· Highlight and report any potential risks.

Work Experience

· Bachelor Degree in Statistics or its related discipline.

· Relevant years of experience as a business analyst in building a Data Warehouse or Data Mart, ideally for a Bank or an Insurance company.

· Strong analytical and communication skills.

· Good attitude and self-driven, able to plan and execute projects/deliveries

· Ability to write test cases and perform high quality testing.

· Interacting with Chinese Stakeholders in China and Hongkong. Knowledge of Mandarin dialect is essential.

· Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
