Logistic Assistant

MIDEA (SINGAPORE) PRODUCT PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound deliveries.

  • Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and other logistics documents.

  • Arrange transportation and liaise with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders.

  • Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery to customers.

  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel on receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

  • Update shipment and inventory records accurately in the ERP system.

  • Monitor inventory movements and assist with stock reconciliation.

  • Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve logistics-related issues.

  • Maintain accurate logistics records and filing systems.

  • Support import and export documentation when required.

  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding delivery arrangements.

  • Perform other logistics and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or administrative support is preferred.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
