Project Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of workers or team members.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers based on their skills and the project requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Ensure that all resources (labor, materials, and equipment) are available and properly allocated.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project, including project managers, contractors, and clients.
  • Monitor the quality of work to ensure that it meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Perform inspections and address any quality-related issues promptly.
  • Proven experience in supervising workers or managing project teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good planning, scheduling, and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to assign tasks effectively based on workers' skills and project needs.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
  • Ability to monitor project progress and adjust work plans to meet deadlines.
