Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of workers or team members.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers based on their skills and the project requirements.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Ensure that all resources (labor, materials, and equipment) are available and properly allocated.
- Monitor the progress of the project and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and goals.
- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project, including project managers, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor the quality of work to ensure that it meets the required standards and specifications.
- Perform inspections and address any quality-related issues promptly.
- Proven experience in supervising workers or managing project teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good planning, scheduling, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to assign tasks effectively based on workers' skills and project needs.
- Knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
- Ability to monitor project progress and adjust work plans to meet deadlines.
