HR Assistant Manager (Retail)

Location: North-east

Work arrangement: Onsite (Required to travel to different sites in Singapore)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, operations, and blue-collar positions
  • Process and renew work passes.
  • Support monthly payroll processing and HR administration
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary and performance issues
  • Work closely with managers to address manpower challenges and staff concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Manage, guide and mentor a team of HR executives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in retail and/or F&B.
  • Hands-on experience in mass recruitment and payroll operations
  • Experience with team management is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
