Join Our Team – Contract Administrator

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Contract Administrator to support our Contract Team in managing project documentation, contract administration, and commercial processes throughout the project lifecycle. If you have a strong Quantity Surveying background and enjoy working in a fast-paced construction environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide contract administration support throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other contractual documents.

  • Assist in preparing and processing variation orders, payment claims, and contract-related correspondence.

  • Maintain accurate records of contractual documents, claims, and project documentation.

  • Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and key dates.

  • Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual and administrative matters.

  • Record and maintain meeting minutes, RFI (Request for Information), and SI (Site Instruction) registers.

  • Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documentation.

  • Support the Contract Team in contract administration and final account documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in contract administration or quantity surveying within the construction industry.

  • Knowledge of construction contracts and contract administration procedures.

  • Familiar with variation orders (VO), payment claims, progress claims, and final accounts.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Free transportation provided from Tanah Merah MRT
