Administrative Assistant (Remote)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide remote administrative support to the office team.
  • Prepare, organize and maintain documents and records.
  • Assist with data entry and filing.
  • Coordinate schedules and administrative tasks.
  • Support day-to-day office operations remotely.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Relevant administrative experience preferred.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.

Work Details

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
