Salary: Up to $16K
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Frequent travel to Thailand & Malaysia (approximately every 2 weeks)
Job Responsibilities
- Lead operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand manufacturing sites
- Drive operational excellence, productivity, and KPI performance
- Manage end-to-end factory transfer and relocation projects, including site setup in Thailand
- Oversee production, supply chain, quality, logistics, and budget management
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Develop and mentor operations leadership teams across the region
- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of operations management experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong background in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Precision Engineering manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in CNC machining for complex components
- Proven experience managing factory transfers, multi-site operations, and P&L
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence
- Open to frequent regional travel
