Quantity Surveyor Manager

- Assist with Cost and Budget Reporting
- Assist with resolving contractual and commercial problems
- Attend to all relevant contract admin & documentation for the project
- Ensure that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations and reflecting them accurately
- RFQ procedures with subcontractors and suppliers for pre and post-contract stages.
- Progress Claims with Client and/or subcontractors & suppliers.
- Supporting in Variation and Claim procedures.
- Ad hoc duties as determined by management
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building Sciences/Engineering
- Minimum 20 years of experience
- Experience in the field of engineering and construction
- Preferably with experience in Data Centre, hospital, heavy industrial and other mission critical complex projects, or EPC contracts.
