Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Accounting

  • Prepare, review, and process accounting vouchers accurately and timely.
  • Review vendor invoices and employee claims to ensure compliance with company policies and GST requirements.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and liability accounts.
  • Manage corporate card expenses and related accounting entries.
  • Support fixed asset accounting, including acquisition, disposal, and depreciation entries.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

Treasury & Cash Management

  • Prepare and process weekly payment runs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure proper payment documentation.
  • Monitor daily cash fl ow and bank balances.
  • Support cash fl ow forecasting and fund transfer activities.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and treasury reporting.
  • Financial Closing & Reporting
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Support account reconciliations and preparation of schedules.
  • Assist in preparing management reports and fi nancial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Audit & Compliance

  • Support internal and external audit requests by preparing required documentation and schedules.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure proper fi ling and retention of accounting records.

Ad-hoc Support

  • Assist with finance-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other accounting and treasury duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and payment processing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
