Audit Associate Trainee

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to audit engagements by assisting senior team members in various tasks, not limited to the following:
  • - Performing audit procedures such as test of controls, substantive testing, and analytical procedures;
  • - Collecting and analyzing financial data for accurate financial statement disclosures;
  • - Coordinating with clients to gather necessary audit documentation and
  • - Checking disclosures in draft financial statements.
  • Support efficient operations by handling audit-related administrative tasks and ensuring the quality of audit working papers.
  • Enhance professional development by gaining exposure to audit methodology, developing analytical skills, and understanding relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Foster a positive work environment by contributing to the team’s success and upholding the firm’s values of quality, client service, and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, ACCA or its equivalent which is recognized by ISCA.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Well verse in a second language will be an added advantage.
