Responsibilities

  • Support external auditor on the adoption of data analytic in the area of financial audit
  • Responsible for efficient used of data analytic tools to examine data to detect unusual patterns and trends
  • Responsible for data extraction and preparation
  • Maintain strong communication and understanding of stakeholder’s business needs and requirements
  • Ensure close monitoring and proper tracking of projects assigned
  • Involved in construction and development of visualization and modelling
  • Promotes analytics culture and knowledge sharing
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as requested by superior

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in accounting or related field
  • Prior experience in using data analytics and visualization tools like IDEA, ACL, Power BI and Tableau advantageous
  • Demonstrated proficiency and expertise with database sources like SQL and programming knowledge including Python, Java, C++ and others
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office tools: Excel, Outlook
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks appropriately
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
