Responsibilities
- Support external auditor on the adoption of data analytic in the area of financial audit
- Responsible for efficient used of data analytic tools to examine data to detect unusual patterns and trends
- Responsible for data extraction and preparation
- Maintain strong communication and understanding of stakeholder’s business needs and requirements
- Ensure close monitoring and proper tracking of projects assigned
- Involved in construction and development of visualization and modelling
- Promotes analytics culture and knowledge sharing
- Perform any ad hoc duties as requested by superior
Qualifications
- Degree holder in accounting or related field
- Prior experience in using data analytics and visualization tools like IDEA, ACL, Power BI and Tableau advantageous
- Demonstrated proficiency and expertise with database sources like SQL and programming knowledge including Python, Java, C++ and others
- Strong proficiency with MS Office tools: Excel, Outlook
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks appropriately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
