Recruitment Business Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team

  • Prepare and process timesheets, payroll submissions, and attendance records

  • Plan and update staff rosters and work schedules

  • Liaise with temporary staff on work arrangements and schedule changes

  • Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation

  • Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment documents where required

  • Handle general enquiries from candidates and clients

  • Support ad-hoc administrative projects assigned by the Team Manager

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

  • Meticulous, organised, and able to multitask

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
