Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team
Prepare and process timesheets, payroll submissions, and attendance records
Plan and update staff rosters and work schedules
Liaise with temporary staff on work arrangements and schedule changes
Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation
Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment documents where required
Handle general enquiries from candidates and clients
Support ad-hoc administrative projects assigned by the Team Manager
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Meticulous, organised, and able to multitask
Good communication and interpersonal skills
