• Handle walk-in, email, and phone enquiries.
• Guide customers on application procedures, requirements, and documentation.
• Assist with document and certificate collection.
• Support appointment and ceremony coordination, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Administrative Support
• Review and process applications and supporting documents accurately.
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and case matters.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely case processing.
• Manage records, data entry, filing, and document verification.
• Support records digitisation and archiving activities.
• Handle escalated cases with professionalism and discretion.
