Job Summary

Endo seeks Retail Sales Assistants to deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers in selecting curtains and blinds, enhancing their home décor experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive customer service to in-store and phone customers to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Guide customers in selecting curtains and blinds that fit their needs and budget by explaining product features and benefits
• Respond accurately to customer inquiries about products, installation processes, and financing options to support informed decisions
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and maintain accurate customer account records
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment
• Engage actively in product training sessions to stay updated on new offerings and improve sales skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home décor or window furnishings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Availability for 5.5 working days per week (Sunday or Saturday off plus half a weekday off)
