Fund Operations Executive/Manager (Fund House)

Our client, a fast-growing fund management firm is looking to fill the role of fund operations executive/manager.

Oversee the daily operations of investment funds, ensuring accurate and timely processing of subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and fund settlements.
Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, transfer agents, brokers, and internal stakeholders to support fund operations.
Monitor fund NAV calculations and reconcile cash, holdings, and trade activities to ensure data accuracy.
Support trade lifecycle management, including trade matching, settlement, and corporate actions processing.
Perform operational controls and reconciliations to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist with fund launches, product changes, and operational projects, including system enhancements and process improvements.
Support regulatory reporting, audits, and client reporting requirements.
Investigate and resolve operational issues, exceptions, and settlement breaks in a timely manner.
Work closely with Investment, Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure efficient fund operations.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
3–8 years of fund operations, investment operations, or middle office experience within an asset management or fund management company.
Good knowledge of fund administration, NAV processes, trade settlement, reconciliations, and corporate actions.
Familiarity with investment products, including mutual funds, unit trusts, fixed income, equities, and alternative investments.
