Regional HR Manager – Operations & Business Partnering

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join one of our global shipping clients. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely with HR teams globally to ensure consistent HR practices while supporting regional growth and organisational development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate HR Business Partnering activities across APAC
- Strengthen HR governance, policies, processes and documentation across multiple countries.
- Partner with regional HR teams on workforce planning, organisation design and employee relations.
- Drive consistency in performance management, talent reviews and annual appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance on expatriate employment, mobility and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement regional HR programmes and transformation initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement in HR operations, systems and processes.
Requirements
- Around 10 years of progressive HR experience within a regional or multinational environment.
- Strong background in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations or HR Governance.
- Experience managing HR across multiple APAC countries.
- Proven experience harmonising HR policies, processes or employee lifecycle practices across different jurisdictions.
- Comfortable partnering senior stakeholders and leading regional HR initiatives.
