Senior Staff Nurse (HOMECARE) - Weekday Office Hours/up to $6.5k #HAO

Salary: up to $6500

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri office hours

Location: Boon Keng

• This role will be abit more like case management – manage the care plan for the patients

• You will be the key person who will make the most difference as you make home visits to provide palliative care and recommend psycho-social support to our terminally ill patients and their families.

• You will be part of the most dedicated, compassionate and caring teams comprising doctors, nurses and medical social workers providing an all-in-one professional care to patients at home at all hours, seven days a week.

Job Requirements: Min VALID SNB & BCLS w min 2 yrs of relevant ward experience, preferably in Palliative/ICU settings
