Quantity Surveyor, Up to $4,500

Salary: S$3,800 – S$4,500 (depending on experience)
5-day work week.
Based at project site office.
Job Responsibilities
- Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit progress claims and supporting documents.
- Process subcontractor and supplier payment claims.
- Prepare variation orders, cost estimates, and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Attend site meetings and monitor project progress.
- Assist with Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and other commercial matters.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, Material Engineering, ora related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry.
- Familiar with construction contracts and cost management.
- Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
