Traffic Controller (Logicstics Operations / 5D / Pasir Panjang) - YH

Salary : $3800 - $4,500

Working hour : Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Location : Pasir Panjang

Job description：

* Plan and coordinate daily local delivery schedules for trucks and drivers.

* Assign delivery jobs and optimize routes to maximize fleet utilization.

* Monitor the movement of vehicles and ensure deliveries are completed on schedule.

* Coordinate the transportation of ISO tanks, loose cargo, and general cargo within Singapore.

* Respond promptly to delivery delays, breakdowns, traffic disruptions, and operational issues.

* Ensure accurate preparation of delivery orders, transport documentation, and job records.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs, workplace safety standards, and Singapore transport regulations.

* Update customers on delivery status and resolve operational enquiries professionally.

* Assist in maintaining transport records, fleet schedules, and operational reports.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in transport coordination, traffic control, dispatching, or logistics operations.

* Experience in Singapore local trucking operations.

* Exposure to ISO tank transportation, loose cargo, or general freight handling is preferred.

* Good knowledge of Singapore road networks and route planning.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Transport Management Systems (TMS) or logistics software.

* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

* Willing to support operational requirements outside normal working hours when necessary.
