- Mix, shape, proof and bake artisan breads and sourdoughs
- Manage doughs, bulk fermentation, and cold proofing schedules
- Weigh, measure and prep ingredients
- Assist in creating new recipes, knowledge of sourdough and long fermentation a plus
- Detail-oriented, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced early morning environment
- Shift starts at 3:00am, 6 days work week
