  • Manage doughs, bulk fermentation, and cold proofing schedules
  • Weigh, measure and prep ingredients
  • Assist in creating new recipes, knowledge of sourdough and long fermentation a plus
  • Detail-oriented, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced early morning environment
  • Shift starts at 3:00am, 6 days work week
