Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and be responsible for the growth of our companyE-commerce business.
  • Work closely with management to increase E-commercesales through conceptualising, developing and executing effective onlinemarketing strategies.
  • Manage brand presences on third-party E-commerceplatforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok etc, through campaign collaborationsso as to maximise the brand exposure and generate more sales.
  • Work closely with internal team to implement effectivedigital marketing strategies to drive more traffic to all our company socialmedia platforms eg Facebook, Instagram and to grow our company’s E-storebusiness.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the E-commerceoperations, such as order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiriesand web-site development.
  • Stay up to date on digital technology and exploreopportunities to capitalise on the newest trend of consumer behaviour inE-commerce.
  • Monitor product listings, shop-in-shop designs andensure contents are aligned with brands' marketing and promotion plans.
  • Monitor and ensure that pricing is consistent andcompetitive across all third-party E-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure timely execution of promotions such as alignmentof campaign calendars of various e-commerce official online channels.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing,Design, Multimedia, and other related courses or experience.
  • Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint,etc.)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player who can work independently
  • Proactive, self-driven and result oriented
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
