Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall daily operations of the club and ensure smooth business operations.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate department heads and staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, including employment, licensing, workplace safety, and operational requirements.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margins.
- Analyse sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to improve business performance.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special events to drive customer traffic.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, business partners, and government authorities where required.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier negotiations to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management and directors.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for business growth.
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of management experience, preferably in nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, F&B, or club operations.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in event planning and marketing is an advantage.
- Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and operational compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
