WSH Senior Manager (A1 Main Contractor/ North Region)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Group TWSH strategy and roadmap.
- Establish Group-wide TWSH policies and standards.
- Advise Management on TWSH governance and compliance.
- Oversee Workplace Safety & Health Management Systems (ISO 45001).
- Ensure compliance with WSH legislation and regulations.
- Monitor Group safety performance and key safety KPIs.
- Lead enterprise-wide safety risk management initiatives.
- Oversee risk assessments, SWPs, and permit-to-work systems.
- Review high-risk operations and critical safety controls.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Promote occupational health and employee well-being programmes.
- Foster a strong safety culture through training and engagement.
- Manage regulatory audits, inspections, and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Group TWSH teams and safety capabilities.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field.
- 12–15 years of relevant WSH experience.
- Minimum 5 years in safety leadership or group-level management role.
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO).
- Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent qualification.
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
- Fire Safety Manager, ECMO, ECO, or related certifications advantageous.
