Clinic Receptionist (Central/ 5.5days)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact, managing daily front desk operations
  • Handle cashiering, including accurate billing, payment collection, and daily reconciliation
  • Prepare and maintain daily financial and operational reports
  • Respond to patient enquiries and perform follow-up actions promptly
  • Manage insurance matters, including Letters of Guarantee (LOGs) and claims processing
  • Administer billing processes, maintain cash float, and promote cashless payment options
  • Support clinic operations and perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in clinic or healthcare settings is an added advantage
