Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes as requested by customers
  • Specialise in deep-fried, lightly fried, and steamed Japanese cuisine
  • Plan, prepare, and store ingredients to maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Ensure consistency and presentation of all dishes served
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior kitchen staff when required
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand preferences and build relationships
  • Report kitchen activities and issues to management
  • Support daily kitchen operations and complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in preparing Japanese cuisine.
  • Ability to work during F&B operational days and hours, including Saturdays (Closed on Sundays) & PH.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Experienced candidates will be considered for a more senior position.
