Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and workplace maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and building management for office services and repairs
- Handle accounts payable, staff claims, petty cash, and procurement activities
- Manage reception duties, visitor registration, and office administration
- Support travel arrangements, events, stationery, and office inventory
- Maintain office records, archives, meeting room bookings, and key/access card administration
- Assist with audits, compliance, and office renovation or workplace projects
Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience in office management, administration, or facilities management
- Knowledge of accounts payable, procurement, and vendor management is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Basware or similar systems is an advantage
