Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and workplace maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors and building management for office services and repairs
  • Handle accounts payable, staff claims, petty cash, and procurement activities
  • Manage reception duties, visitor registration, and office administration
  • Support travel arrangements, events, stationery, and office inventory
  • Maintain office records, archives, meeting room bookings, and key/access card administration
  • Assist with audits, compliance, and office renovation or workplace projects

Requirements

  • Min 1 year of experience in office management, administration, or facilities management
  • Knowledge of accounts payable, procurement, and vendor management is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Basware or similar systems is an advantage
