COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily construction activities to complete projects on time and within budget
- Liaise effectively with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate communication and project progress
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, progress reports, and documentation for accurate tracking
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure necessary resources are available on site to avoid delays
- Assist in planning work sequences and resolving site-related issues to maintain workflow continuity
- Track project costs, invoices, and purchase orders in collaboration with the finance team to ensure budget adherence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local construction codes to maintain a safe work environment
- Organize site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items to support project coordination
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, permits, contracts, and change orders for project documentation
- Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks to facilitate smooth project execution
- Identify potential delays or risks and report them promptly to management for timely resolution
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess at least Primary/Secondary/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate/Nitec in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to multitask effectively
