COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily construction activities to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Liaise effectively with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate communication and project progress
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, progress reports, and documentation for accurate tracking
  • Monitor material deliveries and ensure necessary resources are available on site to avoid delays
  • Assist in planning work sequences and resolving site-related issues to maintain workflow continuity
  • Track project costs, invoices, and purchase orders in collaboration with the finance team to ensure budget adherence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local construction codes to maintain a safe work environment
  • Organize site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items to support project coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of drawings, permits, contracts, and change orders for project documentation
  • Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Identify potential delays or risks and report them promptly to management for timely resolution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possess at least Primary/Secondary/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate/Nitec in any field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask effectively
