Location: ION Orchard, Singapore

Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,500 per month

GATTEN SUSHI is looking for dedicated and responsible Kitchen Crew members to join our team. The successful candidate will support the daily kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining food quality, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and food items according to the Company's recipes and operating procedures.
  • Assist in food preparation and plating to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and utensils.
  • Monitor food quality and ensure proper food handling and storage practices.
  • Replenish ingredients and kitchen supplies as required.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Carry out assigned duties in accordance with the Company's policies, operating procedures, and food safety standards.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sushi restaurant will be an advantage.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Committed to following the Company's policies, operating procedures, and food safety standards.
