Service Crew (Full-Time)

Location: ION Orchard, Singapore

Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,500 per month

GATTEN SUSHI is looking for motivated and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily front-of-house operations to ensure an enjoyable dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide courteous assistance during the dining experience.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables in a timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and restaurant facilities.
• Replenish tableware, condiments, and other dining supplies.
• Handle cashier duties and process customer payments accurately when assigned.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
• Carry out assigned duties in accordance with the Company's policies, operating procedures, and service standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
