Job Summary

The Sales Executive – Food & Beverage (F&B) will drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales of food and beverage products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to support business growth
  • Promote and sell food and beverage products to corporate clients, restaurants, hotels, retailers, distributors, and other customers
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and related documentation to facilitate sales transactions
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company through effective sales strategies
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform sales approaches
  • Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Attend client meetings, trade exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities to generate new business leads
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and customer records to management for performance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual requirements in all sales activities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities for effective follow-up
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
  • Perform other duties reasonably assigned related to the Sales Executive position

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software to support sales and customer management activities
  • Ability to work independently, achieve sales targets, and travel for business meetings when required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills applied in client engagement and sales closing
  • Good customer relationship management and business development skills demonstrated through sustained client growth
